Lately, I’ve been focusing on mommy blogging because that’s currently where I’m at in life—being a new mom (and absolutely loving it). :)
So today I want to venture out a bit and discuss one of my favorite accomplishments thus far—competing in bodybuilding comps!
I’ve briefly written about my competition experience (like ever so slightly) in this post I wrote for Fawn’s substack and my “journey” into fitness for Ox’s substack here.
Buuuuut … I wanted to go even further and write about what it actually took to become a bodybuilder and competitor from my perspective → including programming, diet, mindset, you know, all the Ps and Qs.
So let’s dive right into that.
